Needs are more important than wishes, right? Well its not really the case. Since there are a lotpeople getting into debt so they can build a great personal pool that covers bigger area then their own house. So is it worth it really?

I will, now,explain you how to get the best price-to-value deal, when it comes to buying a swimming pool. Since the cost of something does not determine it's value.

So what is that you are actually searching for? Only a small swimming pool in your backyard so you can upgrade the exterior of your home? Something relaxing while reading romantic books from the collection? Or...a 300 ft long pool to show off by making wild parties? Well if you have such pool you definitely can organize a 100 meter championship butterfly style. But I am just guessing here that such person does not read articles about getting less in order to save money.

WHAT IS THE BUDGET

After you understand your needs and wishes it is a perfect time to do some nice reality check. First...what is your real budget? I'm not thinking about the money that you could get by selling your nice car and your grandmas's expensive jewelry. That is just a wannabe budget. The real budget is only the amount of cash that you can spend on something without feeling any consequences afterwards. If you are a logical type of person, then I would explain it like this:

(your savings)  minus  (your 3-months income)  equals  (the real budget)

So, are you now surprised how you are actually in a loss?You need to have 3 months in advance (at least) to be really secure

Size and materials are what determine the basic cost of the pool. Do not forget the depth either. Just imagine a 3x3x3=27 feet of volume. Now increase one foot in every direction and we get 4x4x4=64. Its scales really steeply. This is just the example so you can be aware of how easily can price go up. Such a small change makes a huge difference in the end. And what about scaling bigger numbers....

Small pools are almost always cheaper to build. They can be expensive if you you use gold or platinum as a material...or if you get a bad deal also. The small pools are much cheaper on the long term too, because of less maintenance (unless you have a cool robot, in that case you don't give a f.c.k) and less water change...

One more thing: be careful not to undervalue it before it is finished. There are many extras that can be included and that can change the price by so much!

BEST PRECAUTIONARY MEASURES WHEN IT COMES TO SWIMMING POOLS 2016

As we know, pools are really fun. But lets put that aside and think about all the thing that can go wrong. There are many! Swimming pool in someones backyard is one of the coolest features that a home can have. Awesome parties going wild....or just a romantic glass of wine with somebody. So many things are in the game.

Huge pool is a dream of many kids, and also many adults! But there are terrible things that can happen, so lets check those out before building a pool.

What if a kid or a pet fall into the pool? What if someone slips and hurt his head? And he might then even fall into the pool while unconscious! What a tragedy that would be. Nobody wants that to happen. But do not worry, we got a few problem solver right here.

Here are a few ideas that will make a difference:

STICKY FLOOOOR

Very useful! For absolutely everybody that comes near the pool. A man, a little girl or your puffy cat...it will prevent anybody from slipping and hurting. These can successfully prevent hard injury or even death! Its not rare thing that a pool cleaner gets hurt because of slippery around-the-pool surface.This is an essential....a must-have!

FENCE ALL AROUND THE POOL

Prevent anybody from doing risky jumps into the pool, or falling into it unwillingly. A great precautionary measure. A fence around the pool can actually look very good if you have a good taste. This one is huge if you have kids. You won't have to worry abut letting them playing outside without surveillance.The fence is here to bring peace to you!

One thing to have in mind before installing the fence of any kind is that there is no an easy (or any) way for kids to jump over it, because if they do, they could be stuck in the pool actually...which kinda kills the purpose - and kids. I know...I'm hilarious

Here we got one more solution when it comes to safety. This bad boy alarms will notice anything that moves in the water. Definitely will not bring the peace to you, since it could activate any time! You are sleeping after a night shift? You know who cares? -not the pool alarm! Also the probability of somebody falling into the pool is unchanged so it is not that much preventive. Well....if you are a good runner, you might get there in time to save the drowning person or pet. Therefore this is not ideal solution if you are strict on the budget, these are expensive as hell, but also because they are not enough. The pool with only 1 alarm is not much safer than one without it....

CONCLUSION

The best deal here is installing the pool fence and putting the sticky floor around the pool. And if you got too much money - add the alarm just in case. It is a brutal combination and will definitely bring the peace of your soul.
